Wandsworth CCG Community Grant Scheme 2018


The Wandsworth CCG Community Grant scheme awards grants of up to £2,500 to community and voluntary sector organisations that work with disadvantaged communities and those most at risk of poor health. The scheme also aims to help groups support people to make healthier lifestyle choices and improve access to local healthcare and other support.

Although any health and wellbeing topic will be considered for the Community Grant Scheme, the CCG would particularly welcome applications from projects that work with:

  • Mental health support
  • Children and younger people
  • People with disabilities
  • People with learning disabilities 
  • LGBTQ+ communities 
  • Non- English speaking communities
  • People with long-term health conditions
  • Refugees and asylum seekers

The deadline for applications is Friday 31st August 2018. Organisations will be informed if they are successful by September 21st 2018.

There will be a workshop to assist organisations to complete the application form, engage with local communities, evaluate your projects, and ensure that you make the most of working with the NHS. The workshop will be held on:
