Our annual report gives a quick overview of some of our projects and collaborations to make a difference to people in Wandsworth.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed, whether you shared your experience of health and social care or helped us find people who could tell us their stories. We are also grateful to the people working in health and care who have helped us reach their service users and who are committed to making sure services improved based on what people have said.

Highlights include:

  • Over 1350 people involved in sharing experiences of health and social care services.
  • 30 people volunteered their time to help strengthen the voice of the community in health and social care. Read what Shakeel and Rhiann have been up to.
  • Read about the changes that are being made based on what people have told us, including;
    • improved support whilst children are waiting for an autism diagnosis
    • access to GP services
    • how communication needs can be accommodated to ensure good access to care
    • issues affecting cervical screening in our community
