Read About Our Work in 2015-6 in Our Annual Report

In our third year as your consumer champion for health and social care we have been very busy. Read our annual report on how we have tried to represent the views of the Wandsworth community to improve health and social care.

We are pleased to announce that we have just completed our third year Annual Report. The report was very much a collaborative effort between staff and volunteers and looks at some of the ways our work has made a difference over the last year, and the changes that have resulted to local health and social care services because of our work and your feedback.

We're very proud of the end result and would particularly like to thank one of our volunteers, Sarah Cook, who pulled a lot of the information together for us.

We have reported on our performance to Wandsworth Council who ensure we are doing what we should be doing for local people.

Key information you can read about

Read our Annual Report. Highlights include:

  • We've reached over 1,000 local people at over 100 community locations.
  • We've published 12 reports on what local people think about local health and care topics and have made recommendations for services to improve.
  • We worked with young people to hear what they think about a new school-based counselling service, healthy alternatives to junk food and a campaign about mental and physical wellbeing.
  • We spoke to local people about suicide prevention to inform the Councils new strategy to tackle the topic.

We have also reported to Wandsworth Council on our performance based on the key things they expect us to be doing for local residents.

You can read more about what we have done and our performance in the documents below.
