Think about what you do to keep well, write your response on a piece of paper with the hashtag #whatkeepsyouwell, take a picture and post on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook page and tag us in it. If you don’t have an account, you can send us your picture and we will put it on our account for you. To do so just email: firstname.lastname@example.org
What keeps us well varies from individual to individual, and often we don’t know what keeps us well or consider that something we do regularly actually keeps us well – until we consciously think about it.
