New Wellbeing Workshops from Talk Wandsworth
Talk Wandsworth will be running some new mental health wellbeing workshops in the new year.
- Self-Care and Relaxation – a one off, 2 hour workshop focusing on elements of self-compassion we often neglect as individuals and developing skills for managing stressful situations. You will also be taken through a guided meditation and breathing exercises.
- Overcoming anger & irritability – a couple of 2 hour sessions with a focus on developing insight into our anger and irritability, and coping strategies to manage it better.
These workshops are free to attend for anyone who lives in Wandsworth or who has a GP in the borough.
