Breast Cancer Screening Information

11/05/2018

It was recently revealed that up to 270 women in England may have died prematurely because they did not receive invitations to a final routine breast cancer screening.

Our hope is that the NHS learn from its mistakes, identifies those affected and moves swiftly to make sure that people screened as and when necessary in future. We are urging anyone who wants to share concerns or experiences of screening (good and bad) to please get in touch with us.

For more information on breast screening, visit the NHS website or call the helpline - 0800 169 2692.
