Date: 27 Feb 2018 - 12:00 to 15:00
Location: South Thames College, Wandsworth
Healthwatch Wandsworth's regular Assembly and Voluntary Sector meetings give local people an opportunity to discuss health and social care topics that are of concern to them. We also look at services that are doing excellent work in the community.
Our next Assembly will be held on Tuesday 27 February 2018, from 12pm (registration 11.45am) at South Thames College in Wandsworth.
This time we'll be discussing young people’s mental health - we want to find out what they think about current local mental health services and what could be better. We'll also be looking at the proposals for improvements to local youth mental health services, including the government’s latest green paper proposing further support.
We'll then look at plans to integrate Musculoskeletal Services, which help people manage pain in bones, muscles or joints, something that could affect any of us. These services will also be made easier to access.
If you aren’t able to attend, but have a question about either of the above topics or would like to share your experiences, please let us know.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided. To register your interest, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
